About the Role
You will be expected to develop and deliver river estuary and/or catchment management projects provide advice to landholders and deliver services that have positive environmental outcomes on-ground.
This role delivers front line services to farmers and the community within Hunter LLS. We aim to help landholders manage our landscapes to be healthy and productive including through provision of natural resource management information advice and extension services.
To be successful in this role you will have a genuine interest in riparian and/or estuary rehabilitation and the capability to deliver extension services that engage rural landholders and industries in riparian practice change.
An understanding of the principles and practices of natural resource management associated with riverine and/or estuarine environments is highly desirable.
