Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications modules and custom solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows UI components Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies and Flow Designer processes.
- Build and optimize full-stack applications within ServiceNow leveraging JavaScript AngularJS React and other modern frameworks.
- Develop integrate and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for ServiceNow to communicate with external systems.
- Lead the configuration customization and deployment of ServiceNow applications including ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM SecOps and other modules.
- Implement and maintain CMDB Discovery and Asset Management processes.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices security standards and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements develop solutions and support ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases enhancements and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
