Job Description
- Develop and maintain AEM React components
- Collaborate with the team to make the solution scalable and future-proof
- Refactor and reduce technical debt
- Coach and support other developers in the team
- Analyze and resolve issues by digging into the root cause
Qualifications :
- 3 5 years in React (enterprise projects reusable component libraries testing) HTML SCSS and JavaScript (ES6)
- 3 4 years in Java
- Proven experience collaborating in a team and coaching junior developers
- Hands-on experience with release management using Git Flow (branching tagging hotfixes release notes)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend even in unfamiliar systems
Nice to Have:
- TypeScript
- Unit testing frameworks (JUnit Jest)
- Adobe Experience Manager knowledge
- CI/CD pipelines Maven
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
