What a College Intern - Business Analyst does at HP:
- As a Business Analyst Intern at HP you wont just analyze data youll be the driving force behind insights that shape business decisions. Your mission should you choose to accept it involves:
- Uncover hidden patterns trends and insights to make our business strategies stand out.
- Be the architect of efficiency! Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide real-time data visualization and reporting.
- Automate data collection transformation and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Translate complex business data into meaningful insights and user-friendly reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Individuals who thrive in this role at HP typically possess:
- Currently enrolled in a university program with a focus on business analysis data science business management or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- Some experience in data analysis business intelligence and report/dashboard creation.
- Ability to commit for a full-time internship for 5-6 months starting in January 2026.
