What do we offer
Our Internship is an intensive 15-week program that attracts the brightest most driven individuals who can take on challenging projects. You will get the chance to work directly with the teams responsible for bringing beverage brands such as Budweiser Corona Stella NTRL Cutwater and more to life!

We are looking for candidates who are committed to developing their careers with Labatt in the future. This internship could lead you to an opportunity to join us after you graduate in a full-time role or one of our Trainee programs!

Internship from May 11th to August 21st 2026.

Brewery Intern:

• Be placed within our Maintenance Packaging Brewing Logistics Quality or Safety department
• Own and deliver on a strategic project that is impactful to the operations of a brewery
• Think strategically on how to improve efficiencies in our processes
• Work collaboratively with team members on a daily basis within high performing teams!
• Develop and demonstrate an understanding of each aspect of the Supply function through multi-functional exposure by liaising with stakeholders in each group.

We are looking for candidates who...

• Take ownership and act with integrity.
• Show curiosity asks questions and are eager to learn and improve.
• Think bold innovative and challenges the status quo.
• Can simplify problems to find effective solutions.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with others.

Requirements:

• In their 2nd or 3rdyear of an Undergraduate Bachelors degree studying Engineering Business or a related field and returning to school in September 2026.
• Graduating in December 2026 or later
• Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec)
• Can legally work in Canada
• Of legal drinking age (18 in AB MN & QC and 19 everywhere else)
• Geographical & Functional mobility for your future Full-time position is a requirement open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada
