Administration Support Officer
We are looking for an Executive and Administration Support Officer to become an essential part of our growing team contributing to our work improving the quality efficiency and effectiveness of accreditation and assessment functions of the regulated health professions for the benefit of the community.
About the Opportunity
This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Officer Chair and Deputy Chair of the Forum. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations stakeholder engagement project coordination and governance activities. The Executive and Administration Support Officer will work independently and collaboratively to manage meetings events projects communications and organisational processes.
The role:
1Provide professional support for the HPAC Forum Executive and expert stakeholders (including diary management travel and meeting arrangements).
2Support projects by tracking workloads and managing timelines project plans and records.
3Plan and coordinate meetings and events.
4Monitor manage and track enquiries correspondence and HPAC Forum communications including website updates.
5Manage information and records.

This is a part-time contract position working with a team that is mainly Canberra-based.
A base salary of $35000 to $40000 ($87500 $.0 FTE) is available depending on skills and experience
Flexibility to manage your workload across multiple days (including half days and during school hours)

National office in the Canberra CBD with free parking
