We are currently seeking male support workers to join our compassionate and professional team supporting a young gentleman with autism who is non-verbal and has sensory needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a service that is truly values-led and person-centred.

About the Young Man
- Youll Support Non-verbal with a diagnosis of autism and sensory processing needs
- Enjoys photography walking in the park and trips to Starbucks
- Needs a calm structured and consistent approach
- May sometimes require support involving physical interventions (training provided)
What Youll Do
- Support daily routines and promote independence
- Build a trusted relationship through consistency and compassion
- Use proactive strategies to support emotional and behavioural needs
- Celebrate achievements and enable him to pursue his interests and goals
- Work in close partnership with families professionals and the wider LIFE team

What Were Looking For
- Experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs
- Confidence and training in physical restraint (Full training given )
- A calm compassionate and proactive personality
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
