Job Description

Title -Re-Imagination Core Team Project Lead(s) (Internal Only) (CHS) (SY25-26)

About the Position:

The CHS Re-Imagination Core Team Project Lead will assure close coordination of all aspects of the CHS -Reimagination in collaboration with the Barr Foundation. The CHS Re-Imagination Core Team Project Lead will work as a member of the Core Team consisting of both District and CHS Administrators along with other dedicated supporting staff to ensure that we reach our goal of providing a comprehensive Reimagination of CHS.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend Barr Core Team meetings and Convenings
  • Serve as liaison between teachers and the rest of the Core Barr Reimagination team.
  • Remain in communication with outside consultants and Barr foundation and provide updates to district and building based leadership.
  • Co-plan Barr Core Team meetings and professional learning spaces
  • Lead major projects and events such as Student Summit CCE Toolbox and Freshman Cohort planning
  • Interact with data leads to ensure that accountability data is tabulated.
  • Additional before/after school duties as directed by building principal superintendent and or Officer of Innovation Access and Opportunity.
  • Grant requirement compliance if applicable

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be current administrator or teacher in the grades listed above who is passionate about leading this work. Preference will be shown for those with previous Barr/CHS Reimagination working experience.

Compensation: Paid monthly stipend not to exceed $10000

Dates/Time: Full Academic Year

  • Approximately First Day of School - Approximately Last Day of School
  • Monday Wednesday Thursday and Friday (2 hours per day) plus up to 2 additional floating after school hours weekly done in coordination with the Officer of Innovation Access and Opportunity
