The successful Customer Service Advisor will support internal operations by handling customer enquiries processing orders and maintaining forecasting data. Youll work cross-functionally with sales operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Up to 30000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Based on-site near Bedford
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Process and manage customer orders via SAP or a similar system
Maintain and update customer forecasts
Provide updates on order status and delivery schedules
Support internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment
Experience in customer service or order processing within a manufacturing or technical environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general Office applications
Able to manage workload independently and work as part of a team
