Job Description
Are you the type of person who loves making a great first impression Do you have an infectious personality that leaves people feeling happy and satisfied Then we want YOU to join our team as a Bandon Dunes Golf Resort Host! As a Host youll be our guests first point of contact welcoming them with genuine hospitality and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From managing reservations to coordinating with our team youll be the glue that keeps our operation running smoothly. This position will involve working weekends and evenings.
Please note: Applicants must be at least 21 years old as this position involves serving alcohol.
About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:
Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course Bandon Preserve and the new Shortys opened in 2024. The two short courses are Courses with a Mission with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

What youll do:
- Greet guests like theyre old friends and seat them with ease.
- Manage reservations with a touch of efficiency and a whole lot of hospitality.
- Keep menus spotless and ready for action.
- Assist with drink refillsbecause no one should have an empty glass.
- Keep the host stand organized and stocked with the essentials.
- Handle take-out orders and make sure theyre packaged perfectly.
- Say goodbye with the same enthusiasm as the hellobecause we want them to come back.
- Help create a top-notch dining experience by being attentive professional and always ready to lend a hand.
What you bring:
- A knack for making people feel welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- A sharp eye for detailbecause the little things matter.
- The ability to stand walk bend and kneel for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a polished professional appearance.
- Current OLCC certification.
