About the role
The role will be responsible for developing cross channel shopper marketing strategies and plan based on deep shopper insights and understanding of local and global category and brand strategies to drive market share and sales growth. This role will require a deep understanding of omni channel shopper behavior effective communication with retail partners.
Job Grade: G7B
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement shopper marketing plans based on the shopper journey and category insights covering offline and online channels which align with the Caltrate brand strategy and sales objectives. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing tactics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand team sales channel trade marketing and other function team to ensure shopper-focused initiatives are integrated into broader marketing efforts. Manage relationships with retail partners to negotiate promotional opportunities in-store activations and co-branded marketing programs. Oversee the creation and execution of in-store marketing materials including displays pricing promotion. Tracking and analyze the effectiveness of shopper marketing initiatives adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
University or above major in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields
10 years working experience in MNC Top FMCG companies national trade marketing experience is must sales experience is preferred
Strong trade marketing knowledge in shopper behavior study and data analysis and insight extracting
Excellent business sense and logical thinking
Strong communication skills and cooperative ability
Practiced MS office application fluent in oral and written English
Be curious creative and innovative thinking
