Job scope

Manage the execution of field maintenance and installation projects per the commercial scope of work on-time within budget performed safely and quality of work is completed to specifications

Develop detailed project execution plans and recommend corrective actions as required apply commercially savvy decisions with customers to achieve a successful project closeout

Review and plan the project schedule with focus on ensuring that the right equipment and right labor resources are allocated to deliver a successful project

Apply methods and practices to control drawings site operations and other critical project site documentation

Update project schedule during the execution of work and maintain the site documentation is completed compiled and that critical site records or sign-offs are available and recorded

Oversee and review the invoicing process to assure that all costs are accounted for (including labor absorptions) and invoices are issued in timely manner to customers

Manager and develop the skills and leadership capabilities of hourly compensated field supervisors so a talent pipeline is available for succession planning process

Prepare project status reports and reporting framework to review progress with key stakeholders and upper management as needed

Job Experience

Bi-lingual English-Spanish as works will be executed in USA and MEX

Proficiency level experience / training in AutoCAD / SolidWorks; MS office (Word Excel PowerPoint VBA); MS Project

Able to locate to Tucson AZ areas

Willingness and ability to travel

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Project Management Construction Management or significant years as a field/project management experience
