Job description
- Analyse current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Experience with ERP systems databases supply chain and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and define system specifications
- Design and implement IT solutions that align with business goals
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Provide technical support and training to end users
- Document system configurations processes and changes
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance with IT policies
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or related field
- Experience in IT analysis systems support or a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle SDLC
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
