Job Description
- Bachelors degree in chemical engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in process control engineering within a refinery or petrochemical environment.
- Proficiency with DCS PLC and APC systems (Client). (Will try others if they have strong AB and industry experience with process controls like Emerson Yokogawa and Siemens.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. ISA API) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with advanced process modelling and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning or data analytics applications in process control.
- Keys: This is Process Controls so no robotics etc. they mainly use Client that is a MUST some/little Emerson DELTAV nice to have not needed and need strong Allen Bradley (not scratch stuff all pre-existing code).
- Must Have Recent Client DCS Experience. Most of that would be the Experion as that is now what most of their systems are in the plant.
