Youll be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing corporate accounts in a selected industry. Training programs are based on your skill level and experience. Topics covered may include technology product service business and industry acumen direct coaching and mentoring sales management and leadership classroom training and certifications.

What the Role Will Involve:

  • Build corporate-level relationships and present new value propositions to clients (high-level corporate engagement within the sector).

  • Develop and expand both existing and new national accounts within a designated industry segment.

  • Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts.

  • Present value-added products and programs emphasizing their impact on the clients business.

  • Ensure customer service delivery with a strong focus on Nalco Waters value proposition.

  • Establish and secure new major corporate-level business accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering: Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (Mandatory).

  • 10 years of technical sales experience (Mandatory).

  • 1215 years of experience in the mining industry specifically in flotation water treatment or specialized chemical sectors (Mandatory).

  • Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory).

  • Proven success in managing large accounts within the mining industry with executive-level relationship sales experience (Mandatory).

  • Availability to travel within Chile at least one week per month (Mandatory).

  • Valid drivers license held for at least 34 years (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades del cargo:

  • Establecer relaciones a nivel corporativo y presentar nuevas propuestas de valor a los clientes (alto nivel de relacionamiento corporativo en el sector).

  • Desarrollar y expandir cuentas nacionales nuevas y existentes dentro de un segmento industrial designado.

  • Disear e implementar planes estratgicos de negocio para cuentas nacionales.

  • Presentar productos y programas de valor aadido destacando su impacto en el negocio del cliente.

  • Garantizar la prestacin del servicio al cliente destacando la propuesta de valor de Nalco Water.

  • Captar y asegurar nuevas cuentas comerciales importantes a nivel corporativo.

Requisitos:

  • Ttulo universitario en Ingeniera: Ingeniera Metalrgica o Ingeniera Qumica (Excluyente).

  • 10 aos de experiencia tcnica en ventas (Excluyente).

  • 1215 aos de experiencia en la industria minera especficamente en flotacin tratamiento de agua o industria qumica especializada (Excluyente).

  • Ingls avanzado (Excluyente).

  • xito demostrado en la gestin de grandes cuentas en la industria minera con experiencia en ventas a nivel ejecutivo (Excluyente).

  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Chile al menos una semana al mes (Excluyente).

  • Licencia de conducir vigente por al menos 34 aos (Excluyente).
