What you will do:
We are looking for a seasoned Web Analyst with 5 years of experience to lead the strategy management and optimization of public-facing product portfolio websites across diverse Business Units. This role is responsible for shaping web content strategy maintaining product taxonomy and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless digital experiences aligned with business goals.
How you will do it:
Strategic Web Content Management
Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
Oversee the creation curation and governance of web content across multiple product portfolios.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO accessibility and user engagement as many websites support multiple regions and/or languages.
Product Taxonomy & Structure
Design and maintain scalable product taxonomy and metadata frameworks.
Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure accurate categorization and tagging.
Continuously evaluate taxonomy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Units regarding website strategy and performance.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment through regular updates workshops and feedback loops.
Translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with IT to implement technical enhancements and ensure platform stability.
Work closely with content operations to streamline publishing workflows and maintain governance.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams and their respective stakeholders to support launches campaigns and digital initiatives.
Collaborate across Digital Marketing team to align web strategy with campaign activation goals and integrations/relationships with digital marketing platforms such as marketing automation tools.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for UX improvements personalization and conversion optimization.
Lead A/B testing initiatives and report on outcomes.
What we look for:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Information Systems or related field.
5 years of experience in web analytics digital content strategy or website management.
Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics).
Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore Adobe Experience Manager).
Strong understanding of SEO UX taxonomy and digital governance.
Excellent communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
This is a hybrid position at either our Glendale WI or Boca Raton FL office. Requires 3 days in office.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $82000 - $105000
(Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and
