About the role
Are you ready to take the lead in driving credit and collections excellence Were looking for aCredit and Collections Team Leadwho combines deep subject matter expertise with strong leadership skills to guide our team in managing financial risk and optimizing receivables.
Responsibilities
Manage the most complex and high-risk credit and collections portfolios.
Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on credit and collections strategies. Design advanced credit assessment models and methodologies.
Lead the resolution of high-stakes billing disputes and escalations.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize cash flow.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to all levels of associates.
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
Represent the organization in high-level negotiations and discussions. Continuously drive process improvements and innovation in credit management.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports and strategic insights to senior management.
Qualifications
A minimum 4 years of collections experience
Bachelors degree in finance or related field required.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite/SAP systems
Ability to take initiative prioritize and problem solve with strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in policy development and implementation
Effective in working across departments to streamline processes
Familiarity with credit risk assessment models and techniques.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word Excel and Outlook
