We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Lancashire Parking Services team as a Civil Enforcement Supervisor (Processing). This key role ensures the council meets its legal obligations under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and related regulations by overseeing the processing of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued across Lancashires highway network.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Technical Support Officers (TSOs) and back-office processing staff.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team and stakeholders.
Ensure efficient and compliant processing of PCNs in line with legislation and internal procedures.
Collaborate with other services and teams across and outside of highways.
Resolve complex customer and service issues.
Maintain high standards of service delivery and performance against KPIs.
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience in team supervision or coordination.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant traffic and enforcement legislation is desirable.
