Job Summary

Job Description:

Strategic Leadership:

Lead the civil engineering function and align projects with organizational objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for project planning design execution and delivery.

Project Management:

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle including planning budgeting scheduling and execution.
Ensure adherence to safety quality and regulatory standards across all sites.
Monitor project progress resolve bottlenecks and drive timely completion.

Technical Excellence:

Provide expert guidance in structural design construction methodologies and value engineering.
Evaluate drawings technical specifications and BOQs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Approve materials techniques and vendors for civil works.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

Lead mentor and build a high-performing civil engineering team.
Collaborate with architects consultants contractors and government authorities.
Ensure smooth communication and reporting across stakeholders.

Financial Oversight:

Prepare budgets control costs and track project expenditures.
Implement cost optimization measures while maintaining quality standards.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations building codes and environmental norms.
Drive a culture of safety across all civil engineering functions.
