Job Summary
Reporting to the Finance Manager and the Operations Manager the Student Intern will work on both teams to learn and help with the overall functions of each department. The Student Intern contributes to each department by aiding in analysis ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.Qualifications
Current enrollment in college-level courses
Data analysis and computer skills particularly with Microsoft Excel
Healthcare experience in hospital operations or finance a plus
A combination of education and experience may be substituted for the requirements.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Must be reliable and punctual.
Good time management skills.
Strong oral communication skills.
Ability to take and follow direction.
Willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently set goals prioritize tasks and manage concurrent projects
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Candidate must have proven ability to build relationships and work well with staff at various levels of the organization.
Ability to successfully collaborate with others of different skill sets backgrounds and levels within and external to the organization
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel; Access would be a plus
Epic knowledge

16 hours a week
Hybrid position based at Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary Boston MA.
Possible local travel to Mass General Brigham sites
