Your Responsibilities
As a Finance Site Leader you will play a central role in steering the financial direction of the site and supporting the Line of Business/Regional Distribution Organization. Key duties include:
Actively contributing as a member of the leadership team to shape business strategies and drive key metrics.
Leading all aspects of accounting practices budgeting financial controls and reporting processes.
Partnering with business unit leaders to ensure consistent and efficient application of accounting practices.
Driving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) forecasts and cost management to achieve financial and operational targets.
Creating a robust control environment across all key business cycles and ensuring compliance with regulatory tax and statutory requirements.
Supporting business growth through financial analysis of new opportunities capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Managing working capital including accounts receivable collections inventory and payables to optimize financial performance.
Building strong cross-functional partnerships to identify cost-effective processes and enhance profitability.
Leading coaching and mentoring the finance teamdeveloping talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
What Were Looking For
Significant experience in finance leadership including strategy managerial and budgetary responsibilities within a large manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong academic background: university degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Professional certification (CPA CMA CA or equivalent) strongly preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record in financial reporting operational finance and developing financial strategies that support business growth.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach in execution.
