Job Description: Scrum Master
Department: Education Management
Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Project Management
Summary:
Atlantis University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile development teams to deliver high-quality products and services. If you are passionate about Agile methodologies and have a proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum practices we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments to team progress and ensure Agile processes are followed
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features
- Track and report on team velocity sprint progress and project milestones
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
