Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Jersey City NJ (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise to lead Agile practices for our GenAI team. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies remove impediments and ensure seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader for Agile teams working on GenAI solutions in the P&C insurance domain.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives).
- Work closely with Product Owners Developers and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Identify and remove roadblocks to optimize team performance.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance domain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Property & Casualty insurance projects.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and leading Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies DevOps practices and release management.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Insurance Industry very strongly preferred.
- Gen AI experience preferred
- Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP SAFE or equivalent.
- Knowledge of DevOps GitHub Rally non-prod and prod environments.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.
