As part of the digital & data factory their goal is to contribute to the innovation within the group by creating data-driven solutions through AI projects to assist our restaurants and facility management activities in anticipating the demand and therefore decrease the waste or to improve the allocation of staff on the sites.

The performance of the Digital&AI services is based on a real technical expertise in AI software engineering data engineering machine learning engineering and site reliability engineering. The team aims at ensuring an end-to-end product vision from the delivery of a software solution to its run in production environment.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives and making sure that these stay within timeboxes and achieve their intended outcomes.
• Work with team to remove team impediments
• Collaborate with teams to implement approved changes experiments and innovations which are beneficial for product roadmap.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the progress of the development team.
• Follow agreed upon goals success criteria and KPIs to measure progress and ensure timely reporting to key stakeholders.
• Monitor task progress track milestones and ensure sprint activities are completed within the timeline.
• Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate requirement elicitations manage expectations and address concerns throughout the Sprint/PI lifecycle.
• Maintain backlog in Azure DevOps that can be referred by everyone in the team regarding scope and schedule.

• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
• Previous domain exposure to food tech logistics e-commerce or supply chain
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe LeSS) or experience participating in PI planning
• Relevant certifications such as CSM PSM I/II SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent
• Hands-on experience driving Agile process improvements and introducing change through experimentation
• Coaching skills and experience mentoring teams toward higher Agile maturity

Requirements :

• 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in tech or product-driven teams
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and a solid track record of facilitating all key ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Proven ability to identify and remove team-level and organizational impediments
• Experience working closely with stakeholders to elicit requirements manage expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the development lifecycle
• Skilled in backlog management tracking task progress and ensuring delivery against sprint goals and milestones
• Strong experience using task management systems ideally Azure DevOps (or similar tools such as Jira)
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to define track and report on KPIs and success metrics
• Excellent facilitation communication and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) capable of communicating effectively with international stakeholders
