Cheraw SC Full-Time
- Be the first point of contact for customers by phone email and in-person visits.
- Assist clients with questions on auto home and business insurance policies.
- Process policy changes billing inquiries and claims submissions.
- Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system.
- Support our sales team with quoting cross-selling and retention efforts.
- Deliver a friendly professional experience that makes clients feel valued.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries comments and actions taken in the agency management system.
- Review audits or policies; verify accuracy and facilitate corrections as needed between client and carrier.

- Prior customer service or office experience (insurance experience is a plus but not required - well train the right person).
- Strong communication skills (phone email in-person).
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- A positive team-oriented attitude with a desire to help others.
- Possess a sense of urgency attention to detail organization multi-tasking and follow-up skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and solve complex problems without direct supervision.
