This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the teams success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email phone and internal communication platforms
Take timely and appropriate action to resolve client issues and concerns
Coordinate activities across departments on behalf of clients
Monitor monthly financial reports and manage error resolution processes
Notify teams of client anniversaries and renewal dates each month
Attend weekly internal meetings
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree in healthcare business or related field preferred
At least two years of customer service experience
Experience in the healthcare industry with a basic understanding of billing practices HIPAA and related regulations
Other Requirements
Emergicon requires satisfactory pre-employment background check and drug screening.
