Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a full time Enterprise Application Analyst to join our IS team. We have a tight-knit customer-focused group of professionals and were looking for someone with curiosity an eye for problem-solving and mission driven approach to join our team. If youd like to make a difference via healthcare wed like to meet you!
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills be organized and detail-oriented and have a strong ability to navigate technology. They will also have a customer service mindset. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify potential software solutions; monitoring application performance proactively identifying areas for improvement or optimization. The ability to follow leads/questions and handle stakeholder/customer inquiries with sensitivity and professionalism is a must. Process improvement and project management experience are preferred but not required. What youll need:
- Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field Information Technology Business Administration or any other related field
- Valid drivers license is required
- Experience with commonly used healthcare systems (ERP HIRS Financial systems contract systems etc.) preferred
- Process improvement experience or certification preferred
- Project Management experience or certification preferred
- Management of SaaS or Application experience preferred
Schedule: 1.0 FTE exempt position. Hybrid work may be an option on site work will be expected several days/week.
