Job Description
Are you ready for the next step within talent acquisition And do you want to make a real impact by identifying and engaging top talent As our Talent Sourcer you are responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
You will:
- Proactively identify engage and build relationships with top talent across various channels mostly for Dutch and Romanian markets.
- Act as a bridge between our internal organization and the external talent market by understanding hiring needs and aligning them with the right candidates.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to create tailored sourcing strategies.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring timely and personalized communication from the first interaction.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search talent mapping and networking to attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.

We ask:
- At least 1 year of previous experience in sourcing recruitment or head-hunting.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proactive mindset initiative and goal-oriented perspective.
- Analytical mindset and strong research skills.
- You are a star in stakeholder management and candidate engagement.
- Genuine interest in talent mapping market trends and innovative sourcing technique.
