As an IT Sourcer you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to:
- understand hiring needs
- proactively search for top candidates across multiple channels
- craft engaging outreach that showcases Dakais culture and exciting projects.

To thrive in this role were looking for someone:
- with 12 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (tech is a plus)
- strong research and networking skills
- excellent written and spoken English (B2)
