Essential Functions
- Works directly with product teams to receive support requests
- Triages requests fixes small bugs & submits engineering tickets
- Working knowledge of the support processes and working in a production environment.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Computer Science a related field or equivalent experience

Advanced English Req
Basic knowledge of Javascript frameworks Req
Knowledge of CSS and HTML Pref
2-4 years Pref
