Position Summary |
The Analytics Sr. Coordinator will play a key role in advancing OOBEs data-driven culture by defining and implementing robust analytics strategies that convert raw data into actionable insights. These insights will directly inform operational decision-making and strategic planning across departments and leadership levels. The position is empowered with increased responsibility to guide analytical priorities influence cross-functional initiatives and support enterprise-level data strategy execution.
This is a hands-on role with elevated influence responsible for leading key business intelligence efforts-such as identifying data sources designing and managing ETL pipelines developing scalable data storage systems analyzing complex datasets and delivering insights through dynamic reporting and dashboards. The Sr. Coordinator also has decision-making responsibilities related to analytics toolsets methodology recommendations and project addition this role will champion internal analytics training enabling departments to build their own capabilities under the direction of a cohesive BI strategy.

- Strategically support the execution of company-wide analytics and business intelligence initiatives aligned with OOBEs long-term goals.
- Lead analytics planning sessions and collaborate with department leaders to prioritize analytical needs define key performance indicators and guide data interpretation for decision support.
- Conduct complex data analysis using tools like R and Python to uncover trends anomalies and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations using Power BI Excel and other tools to clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Design and manage efficient data collection and ETL processes from multiple systems and databases to ensure data integrity and timely access to information.
- Act as a decision-maker on analytics-related tools methodologies and project prioritization ensuring alignment with OOBEs reporting and infrastructure standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess and improve existing systems recommending and implementing enhancements to meet future analytical needs.
- Manage medium-scale analytics projects independently including defining timelines coordinating internal and vendor resources and overseeing deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain and improve the underlying analytics infrastructure including databases and reporting platforms to support enterprise-wide access to data.
- Conduct organization-wide analytics training sessions and 1:1 coaching to build data fluency across departments.
- Participate in and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the enterprise analytics roadmap ensuring the strategy adapts to changing business needs and emerging technologies.
- Support and enforce baseline technology standards tools and governance processes to create a consistent and scalable analytics environment.
Essential Skills and Experience |
- Bachelors degree in data analytics computer science information systems or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence data analytics or data strategy with demonstrated ownership of analytics initiatives and decision-making.
- Proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g. decision trees multivariate and logistic regression).
- Hands-on experience building predictive and forecasting models that drive measurable business results.
- Skilled in multiple data and analytics tools including SQL Server Power BI MySQL Teradata Hadoop Python R and other BI platforms.
- Experience managing analytics projects end-to-end from stakeholder requirements to final delivery and impact measurement.
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies such as Agile DevOps ITIL or Waterfall.
- Experience contributing to technology strategy roadmaps or enterprise reporting initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
