IW SME Specialist-IWC Support Services

This position is contingent upon contract award.
The IW SME Specialist-IWC Support Services provides academic support services to IWC functional networks and students in the fields of national security international affairs international relations and irregular warfare.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of tailored operational and strategic level IW curriculum for DoD US interagency partners and Allies to fill critical IW education and training gaps that IWC SMEs identify through assessments of current IW curriculum educational shortfalls lessons learned and operational requirements to successfully address emerging and future threat trends.
- Work with a design team of instructors SMEs and graphic artists to interpret materials from the client to produce engaging and effective interactive learning products create course assets from approved GFI and use content development tools to create learning objects.
- Conduct outreach and coordination across DoD international partners industry and academic IW community of interest.
- Support senior level engagements to provide updates on the Center its activities and budget requirements.
- Support the development of relevant content for publication on a quarterly basis to include research editing and publication support for IWC and conduct outreach with Partners Allies and Civilian institutions to amplify IWCs mission and vision.
- Support the development and execution of wargames and tabletop exercises to include research analysis scripting capture management and logistical support for current and future IW related policy strategies plans and concepts developments with USG Allies and Partners.
- Work closely with the IWC Staff to coordinate engagements and projects with DoD and academic institutions to ensure IWC efforts are synchronized and mutually supportive.
- Work in both classified and open-source domains to develop unclassified curriculum products.
- Provide research analytical support and proofreading/editing support on all submitted journal products.
- Capture event and program lessons learned and post on IWC Joint Lessons Learned Portal and manage the input and distribution of the portal as at the Senior Analyst level.
- Provide accurate detailed IWC post-event reports to capture key points and critical information.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to align engagements and other work with the project plan.
- 10 years of experience in special operations intelligence or irregular warfare policy.
Masters degree in National Security International Relations or Business required or 20 years of in-depth experience in the related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of gray zone conflict resistance strategies and hybrid warfare.
- Experience in DoD planning operational strategy and interagency coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs for military and government audiences.
- Proven experience working with classified and open-source intelligence to inform IW strategy.
- Familiarity with IW data ability to conduct long-term analysis
- Strong public speaking and writing skills with experience briefing senior leaders and contributing to DoD policy discussions.
- Familiarity with joint interagency and multinational training environments.
- Ability to travel internationally as .
- Must possess or be eligible to receive TS/SCI security clearance.
