Office Manager

Location: Parker CO
Compensation: $50000/year quarterly performance bonuses
Schedule: Full-time traditional business hours (some remote flexibility)

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule work and coordinate daily with the Craftsmen team

  • Keep Craftsmen schedules up to date and fully booked

  • Order and confirm materials for jobs

  • Check on job progress throughout the day to keep projects on track

  • Conduct quality control follow-ups after work is completed

  • Follow up on estimates and ensure customer communication is timely

  • Collect deposits and confirm billing accuracy

  • Handle potential conflicts professionally and resolve them quickly

  • Ensure smooth communication between the office customers and field team

  • Knowledge of home repair or light remodeling is a plus
