Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality affordable healthcare worldwide.The Product Owner will join the Global Pricing Insights & Analytics this role youll drive agile development lead developers and deliver impactful solutions that empower the organization. Youll own product roadmaps align global stakeholders and foster adoption of analytics solutions that create real business impact. If youre passionate about translating complex business needs into powerful data products-wed love to have you on board! This position will be a Remote position in Bogot.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Plan manage and deliver multi-stream insights and analytics programs from initiation through release.
- Establish program governance structure and cadence to drive alignment across functions
- Identify risks dependencies and roadblocks; proactively manage mitigation plans.
- Define refine and communicate the product vision roadmap and backlog. Prioritize the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders to maximize value delivery
- Partner with development teams and business teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful delivery
- Support change management communication and training strategies to drive adoption of analytics products
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- Two to three years of experience as a Product Owner or BI Delivery Lead
- Strong background in Agile practices and managing complex multi-domain business environments
- Skilled in Azure DevOps JIRA or similar tools for backlog management documentation and collaboration
- Team-oriented focused on delivering excellent customer experiences and committed to continuous learning
- Fluent in English
