Responsibilities
- Apoiar a equipe em todas as questes operacionais;
- Atualizar dados em sistema;
- Realizar contato e parceria com clientes via telefone e-mail call chat;
- Auxiliar na elaborao de planilhas e relatrios;
- Atendimento de clientes atravs de e-mail telefone Teams
- Realizao de cadastro de clientes no sistema;
- Atualizao dos dados dos clientes no sistema;
- Realizao e envio de propostas comerciais aos clientes;
- Contato com os gerentes de contas para anlise e reviso das cotaes;
- Interao com time interno para atualizaes e follow up dos processos.
Prerequisites
- Cursando Superior em Administrao de Empresas Gesto Comercial Gesto de TI ou reas correlatas;
- Desejvel conhecimento em Pacote Office.
Experiences
- Segunda a Sexta 09h s 16h;
- Modelo hbrido.
