Job Summary

Are you excited to start your journey of learning Talent Acquisition and Sourcing and to boost yourself to growXL You must love to work with people because you will contribute to creating an excellent candidate experience and bring new talents to our teams!

You will:

Learn to find and manage candidates across all the available channels including sourcing advertising job boards and many more.
Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to stay in contact with qualified candidates.
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them through the hiring process.
Follow the candidates through all the hiring process steps including screening interviews and assessments and guide them to success!
Develop a strong pipeline to find the right candidates at the right time and maintain an accurate candidate database.

We Ask:

A proactive go-getting personality and thrive in a very dynamic high-paced environment.
Genuine interest in the labor market and ideas on how to attract new talents.
Advanced English skills and knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Dutch language is considered a strong advantage.
Team-player spirit fast-learning abilities and flexibility to acquire new information and skills.
A bachelors degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources Psychology or another related field is a plus.
