Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Training of visitors and contractors;
- Centralizing documents collected from the production area;
- Creating training materials on various topics;
- Provide administrative support including preparing attendance sheets completing fire safety induction forms and updating presentations according to Fire Safety Technical Framework requirements;
- Participate in departmental evacuation drills;
- Perform periodic checks of video footage;
- Develop procedures and continuously improve existing processes.
Qualifications :
- Is in university for bachelor degree or first year of master;
- Organized person responsible flexible and proactive;
- Attention to details;
- Good communication skills;
- Availability for a full-time schedule (8 hours per day);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint Excel Word).
