Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Conduct thorough analysis of client-reported issues to accurately diagnose root causes and recommend effective solutions.
- Design configure and implement tailored solutions that address client needs ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Provide expert-level technical assistance to clients and internal teams throughout the solution lifecycle including pre-sales deployment and post-implementation support.
- Partner with Sales Product and Operations teams to translate client requirements into actionable deliverables and drive successful project outcomes.
- Create clear technical documentation process guides and solution specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain records of client engagements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes tools and methodologies that improve efficiency and solution quality.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment adapting quickly to changing client demands and project scopes.
- Uphold high standards of performance ensuring all solutions meet established quality compliance and security requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Job requires the ability to use vision adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen
- Job may require extended sitting or standing use of standard office equipment.
- Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location for meetings or events as notified by manager.
- Job may require 20 40% travel upon request.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficiency with client analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker) to develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs web services (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms.
- Strong knowledge of database querying and management including SQL for data extraction transformation and analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and their customization to support client-specific workflows.
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot data flows ETL processes and integration pipelines between multiple applications.
- Competency with scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Understanding of data security best practices and compliance considerations when handling client information.
- Comfortable working in cloud-based environments (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) for deploying and managing solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Any experience in Microsoft Development Stack is a plus
- Knowledge for freight forwarding and warehouse applications a plus
- Ability to work independently and remain focused under time constraints
- Experience in trouble shooting with a penchant to provide high quality work is preferred
- Experience leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- At present the Company is not providing work sponsorship and incumbent must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Mathematics Computer Science or related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience sufficient.
- Strong preference is given to those who have continued to upgrade their skills through education training and certifications.
- 3 Years leading technical cross-functional Agile teams
- 5 years practical system integration experience and/or business-related experience
- 3 years of managing and growing a team responsible for enterprise integrations and/or business-related teams
- 5 years of ETL development or project management experience with any leading platforms (Informatica/Boomi/Talend/Sterling Integrator). Boomi experience preferred.
- Logistics experience preferred (freight forwarding warehousing customs brokerage 3PL)
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
