The Opportunity
Are you ready to drive transformative change in the industrial sector Climateworks is seeking a dynamicSenior Project Manager Industryto spearhead collaborative high-impact projects that accelerate decarbonisation and energy transition in Australia and Southeast Asia.
In this pivotal role youll lead multidisciplinary teams and work alongside government industry and research partners to deliver place-based solutions that shape the future of energy and industry. Youll translate cutting-edge research into actionable strategies; policy financing technology deployment that will make a real difference.
What Youll Do:
- Lead strategic projectsfrom concept to delivery managing stakeholders budgets and timelines with precision.
- Translate complex researchinto clear impactful recommendations for senior decision-makers.
- Drive innovationin energy systems policy and industrial transformation.
- Build and nurture partnershipsacross sectors to amplify impact and foster collaboration.
- Mentor and managea small team of professionals cultivating a culture of excellence and growth.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience inindustry sector decarbonisation energy systems or policy development.
- Asystems mindsetand the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong leadership inmultidisciplinary teams especially at the intersection of modelling and policy.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage diverse audiences and translate technical insights.
- A track record of deliveringhigh-impact projectsin dynamic and evolving contexts.
