Dulles South Veterinary Center a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner is seeking a Client Care Professional to join our AMAZING team!
Job seekers with vet veterinary assistant animal care or pet hospital experience would be a good candidate for this role.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- This is a full-time position
- Prior veterinary experience preferred
- Flexible for Weekends Evenings and Holidays.
- Flexibility to work five 8 hour shifts or four 10 hour shifts a week based on staff availability.
- Highly prefer prior veterinary experience on-the-job training to be expected.
- Attention to detail customer service focus must be agile to policy & protocol adjustments.
- Customer service is a top priority and our candidates must be able to balance hospital protocol and client service needs to ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidate must be comfortable with Microsoft Suite digital fax digital records client texting and juggling multiple software applications.
- Our client care professionals assist in patient chart entry and maintenance grammatical and writing skills are necessary for high performance.
- Account management in maintaining that all clients and patients have up-to-date paperwork and records both attached and updated within the practice management software.
- Experience with veterinary software preferred
- Experience with AVImark is a plus.
