Sales Product Specialist Patterson Automotive Group (Tustin Auto Center)
Location: Tustin Auto Center Supporting Tustin Mazda and the all-new Tustin Kia
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week
Compensation: $25/hour guaranteed pay ($50000 / Year) performance bonus opportunities ($500$1000 monthly)
Status: Non-commission position

About the Role
As a Sales Product Specialist youll be the first point of contact for our guests making them feel welcome and comfortable. This is not a traditional commission-based sales jobits a career entry point into the automotive industry with guaranteed pay and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and engage with customers in the showroom
- Learn and share product knowledge on Mazda and Kia vehicles
- Provide guests with a friendly professional introduction to our dealerships
- Assist the sales team with guest experience support
- Contribute to a fun collaborative and award-winning team culture
What Were Looking For
No auto industry experience No problem! Were looking for individuals who are customer-focused enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Youll be a great fit if you have:
- A background in customer service hospitality or retail (restaurants fast food hotels etc. a plus!)
- Strong communication skills and a positive approachable personality
- A passion for working with people and helping others
- An interest in learning about the automotive business with a path for career growth
