This Position reports to:
Procurement and Logistic ManagerProgress is a matter of course at ABB for you your team and the whole world. As an Order Handling Specialist you will take on challenges that change the industry and drive innovation. You will receive cutting-edge know-how technical support and opportunities and it is up to you to use them to move the world forward.

Your role the next step is up to you:
- Processing customer orders (order receipt verification confirmation)
- Close cooperation with purchasing controlling and shipping
- Ensuring exports to the EU and outside the EU handling transport documents (packing list bill of lading invoice) customs clearance
- Creating and managing tenders for transport ordering transport
- Order management and invoicing in the SAP system
- Invoicing process invoices issued
- Written and verbal communication with customers mainly in English
Who we are looking for:
- Secondary/university education in economics or technology
- Good knowledge of English communicative level (min. B1/B2)
- User knowledge of MS OFFICE (Excel Word Outlook)
- Independence responsibility communication skills
- Carefulness flexibility logical thinking
