What youll be doing
As a member of the Workday Solutions team the Senior HCM Workday Consultant is a consultative techno-functional role responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of Workday solutions. This individual will leverage deep expertise across various Workday modules to deliver high-impact solutions lead testing initiatives and ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.
How youll succeed
Project Support- Oversee end-to-end Workday change projects including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing deployment and post-go-live support.
Stakeholder Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders managing expectations facilitating design and feedback sessions and providing expert guidance on Workday best practices.
Continuous Improvement- Identify opportunities to optimize existing Workday processes and recommend enhancements to maximize value and support regression and new features associated with Workday semi-annual releases.
Quality Assurance- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines proactively addressing risks and issues to mitigate downstream impacts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with internal teams investigating day to day issues supporting escalations including technical functional and project management resources to deliver integrated solutions.

Youre a certified professional. You deep expertise in at least two Workday modules (e.g. HCM Security Report Writing Compensation). Workday certification(s) strongly preferred.
