Job Description
We are seeking an Automotive Shipper/Receiver to join our dealership this role youll be responsible for shipping receiving and organizing parts while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to both internal departments and external customers.

Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and put away incoming parts shipments.
- Verify shipments against invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders using proper packaging.
- Maintain accurate shipping receiving and inventory records.
- Assist with dealer trades warranty returns and core returns.
- Pick up and deliver parts/equipment to customers vendors and wholesale accounts.
- Keep bins aisles and stockroom areas clean organized and clearly labeled.
- Operate equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack safely and effectively.
- Support Parts Advisors and assist with counter service when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Previous shipping/receiving or automotive parts experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate warehouse equipment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail organization and time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
