Were opening our brand-new Manawa Bay outlet and were looking for a Store Manager to lead the team.
Heres whats on offer:
Rostered Hours: Tuesday 9:30am 6:00pm Wednesday 9:30am 5:30pm Thursday 9:30am 6:00pm Friday 9:30am 6:00pm Saturday 9:30am 6:00pm
Minimum Hours: 40 per week
Salary: $60000 per year
Ready to lead your own store
Were looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead our Manawa Bay outlet team. Youll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations coaching and developing your team and creating a positive high-performing store environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product someone who loves sales thrives in a fast-paced setting and leads with care confidence and energy.
What your day will look like
Leading and managing the daily operations of your store
Coaching your team to deliver results and memorable customer experiences
Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets
Championing a fun inclusive and supportive team culture
Overseeing store presentation stock levels and visual merchandising
Managing admin reporting and other key operational tasks
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have retail leadership experience and a track record of results
Are passionate about developing others and building a strong team
Lead by example with a positive proactive approach
Are confident managing performance processes and priorities
Take pride in delivering great service and high store standards
