As the Specialist Implementation Project you will be responsible for helping Project Managers execute seamless client onboarding and program deactivations this role is essential to delivering an exceptional implementation experience at Element Fleet. Youll support key project deliverables and will also assist with program terminations ensuring all tasks are completed and communications are properly managed. This client-facing role requires strong attention to detail cross-functional coordination and a proactive service-driven mindset.
A Day in the Life
Execute facilitation of execution of the implementation plan
Cleaning validating and uploading client inventory files
Drafting validating sending fleet and driver communications
Helping project manager complete handoff cases to other operating areas
Gathering validating loading contact information for implementations
Triggering Material and PIN issuance
Monitor the output from the implementation process
Work with clients and internal stakeholders to create and execute Termination/Deactivation strategy
Identify critical milestones and risks; establish timeline; craft termination/deactivation project plan.
Oversee the execution of the deactivation plan.
Record project progress and provide proactive report-outs to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead or participate as a Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional projects; as requested by the business.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities related to the implementation process.
Requirements
Bachelors required or equivalent business experience
Experience in leasing industry specifically in financial services operations or customer service desired
Travel required - 5-10%.
Strong PC proficiency (including Microsoft Suite including: Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook; and project management software Smartsheet)
Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize and close project management capabilities).
Identify and ask probing questions gather data identify options/solutions to a problem or issue.
General business knowledge and skills; good financial knowledge
Demonstrate proper judgment regarding decision making self-reliance and problem resolution.
Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively
Strong communication skills both written & oral
The hiring base salary range for this position is $54400 - $74800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data.
Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
