This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of Microsoft 365 and the multiple efforts served from it. This position will be part of the Enterprise Collaboration Services Tier 3 group of the DIT Service Delivery division. Primary duties of this position will be to serve as a lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) and product specialist for Microsoft 365 services and related collaboration tools.
Extensive exp with Microsoft 365 services and tools such as SharePoint Teams Exchange Online Power Platform; information protection and AvePoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical teams
Proven ability to perform high-level troubleshooting of complex issues;manage incident problemconfiguration change management processes efficiently
Strong focus on delivering high-quality products timely and efficiently consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
