Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communication Education or related field
- Masters degree in Business or Education Management is an advantage.
- 5 years of experience in sales marketing admissions or customer-facing roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Experience in higher education admissions is preferred but not strictly required.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems digital marketing channels and student recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of the education sector particularly higher education in the Philippines is an advantage.
- Strong leadership data analysis and project management skills
- Must be adept at using CRM tools interpreting funnel data and guiding teams to hit enrollment targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents students and cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven adaptable and empathetic leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution - must be comfortable handling data coaching team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of the admissions process.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full journey of every applicant across all CIIT programs (BMMA BSIS BSCS BSEMC BS Entrepreneurship) which includes monitoring inquiries guiding applicants through entrance exams handling reservation fees and ensuring smooth transition to enrollment.
- Provide regular coaching training and feedback to ensure the admissions team meet targets and deliver excellent applicant experiences.
- Use the CRM system as the central tool for admissions and ensure that all applicant records are accurate and updated monitor each stage of the admissions process and generate insights that guide both team actions and cross-department strategies.
- Optimize conversion rates and identify where applicants are dropping off in the funnel (e.g. after inquiry exam or reservation) and develop strategies to reduce applicant losses
- Implement best practices such as response time standards improved scripts and consistent follow-up processes.
- Guide program-fit advising and ensure that applicants are matched with the programs most suited to their skills and interests
- Work closely with Academics to stay updated on program details with the Registrar to align admissions processes and with Branding & Communications to provide frontline insights that shape marketing campaigns and messaging.
- Regularly monitor the cost of acquiring each enrollee by program and channel and recommend more efficient allocation of resources focusing on high-return marketing campaigns and admissions strategies that reduce overall acquisition costs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inquiries conversions and enrollments by program and provide accurate forecasts to leadership highlight risks early (e.g. low conversion in Tech programs) and recommend corrective actions to stay on track with enrollment targets.
