Were looking for a Workplace Support Officer to deliver professional support and services to NZTA Waka Kotahi this role youll provide day-to-day building and workplace facilities support fleet vehicle support and facilities security and health & safety servicescontributing to the smooth running of our organisation and the delivery of great outcomes for Aotearoa.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining a high standard of core building and office facilities
Completing workplace requests and provide first level site support including digital support
Supporting site health and safety including site inductions and orientations
Supporting our office security procedures and processes
Supporting day to day fleet management
Providing professional visitor management services
Contribute to continuous business process improvement

We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $65278 - $75585 of the band commensurate with skills and experience.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
Experience in a similar role and strong customer service skills
A clean NZ driver license and confidence with driving a range of passenger vehicles
Excellent communication and strong Microsoft Office and computer skills with technical problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast paced environment
A proactive solutions-focused mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and take accountability for self-development
You will demonstrate knowledge of or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Mori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Mori. You will also have knowledge of or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public service.
