The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building the best-in-class regional technical capability standard and high efficiency technical operation.
Responsibilities:
- Regional Technical Support: Provide timely technical solutions through the service portal remote diagnostics and onsite support
- Regular Regional Visits: Organize meetings workshops and other activities with regional partners and headquarters to continuously enhance regional technical capabilities.
- Fault Reporting: Collect and report information on typical fault tendencies the latest and critical faults and promote instant solutions to quality problem
- Technical Documentation: Develop and release technical notices and document typical technical repair cases.
- Special Event Management: Provide timely onsite support with quick solutions conduct technical research and analysis according to stakeholder instructions and respond instantly to special events.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Your profile:
- Bachelors degree or above in Engineering.
- More than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional coordination ability.
- Technical Background: NEV (New Energy Vehicle) technical background is preferable.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Poland
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
